PoMo reports that chef Marco Frattaroli will debut Cibo, his SE Division hand-pulled pizza restaurant, in mid-May, pushed back from its original April opening date. As previously reported, the Bastas chef/owner will use an imported Ligurian pizza oven as the spot's culinary and aesthetic focal point, with a wraparound bar giving guests a front-row seat to the open kitchen.
