Eat Beat learns that Portland will soon get its first 100% Paleo-friendly food cart in the form of Cultured Caveman, set to open on NE Alberta at the end of May. According to Eat Beat, owners Joe Ban and Heather Hunter ascribe to the Paleo diet, which eschews "gluten, dairy, soy, legumes, or conventionally processed food" in favor of high-protein and low-carb options.
