All morning, Food & Wine editor-in-chief Dana Cowin has been tweeting "hints" about the lineup for F&W's 2012 Best New Chefs, and the second reveal took two words: "Portland Penny." All signs point to Lincoln chef/owner Jenn Louis; earlier this spring, F&W shortlisted Louis on its list of "People's Choice" Best New Chefs, as well. Stay tuned. [@fwscout]
