Pearl's Cloud Seven Cafe to Shutter, Become Super Jet

New, 1 comment

The Oregonian is the first to report that the Pearl District's two-year-old Cloud Seven Cafe will change hands, morphing into a wine shop/coffeeshop concept called Super Jet. New owner Andy Diaz, also the proprietor of NE Fremont's Blackbird Wineshop and Atomic Cheese, describes the concept in this want ad as a hybrid "breakfast and lunch, espresso, wine and cheese bar."

According to Cloud Seven's Facebook page: "Super Jet will continue with great coffee and add a much greater selection of unique wines and a delectable array of artisan cheeses from around the world. The changes will be implemented over the course of the next few weeks. In the near term, the cafe will have new owners but all your favorite baristas will continue to be behind the counter." More information about menu changes — and that cheese selection — as it becomes available.
