NE Alberta hotspots Bollywood Theater and Salt & Straw have a new neighbor that brings the booze: Bin 21, a wine bar that pours three wines and three beers on-tap, in addition to wine available by the bottle, quietly opened over the weekend. A pared-down food menu focuses on sandwiches (pork pate with pickled onions and greens), salads (like a spinach, chickpea, and roasted cauliflower), and meat boards with goods by McMinnville's Fino in Fondo and Chop Butchery, with lunch service available during the work week.

Hours of operation: Monday, Wednesday-Friday, 11am-9pm; Saturday & Sunday, 3-9pm.
