After a series of sold-out preview dinners, Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton made things super extra official by opening their Argentine-inspired grill Ox to the public last night, marking the official debut of the spot's a la carte menu in its entirety (downloadable in .pdf form here).
As Eater previously reported, asados from the grill take center stage (previously unheralded grilled items include a maple-brined pork loin chop, Hawaiian prawns served with the heads and skins still attached, and Maitake mushrooms with smoked sea salt), while a "Braised & Roasted" section features items still designated as "coming soon": a roasted spring lamb with French green lentils, roasted heirloom carrot, and cumin yogurt; and a beer-braised goat with grilled baby leeks and chèvre. Also "coming soon": charcuterie. And in case it's your thing, the dessert menu's here, too.
