PoMo's Eat Beat reports that downtown food cart Picnic will move to the PSU area later this year, bringing along a major menu change: the introduction of a cart-made (yes, boiled) bagel. Owner John Dovydenas will unveil a new breakfast menu, heavy on bagel sandwiches, when the cart opens for the season on April 16. Exact location still TBA. [Eat Beat]
