The frequent eaters at PortlandFood.org report that Mekong Bistro, a Cambodian restaurant by the same owners of what was once "Portland's only Cambodian-owner sports bar" Good Call Sports Bar & Grill, has debuted at the corner of NE 82nd Ave and Siskiyou Street.
