The out-of-town chef contingent for the upcoming Feast Portland food festival is firming up, and organizers confirm that celebrated New York City chef April Bloomfield will be among the attendees descending on PDX from September 20 to 23. Bloomfield, famously of the Spotted Pig, the Breslin, and a revamp of the John Dory Oyster Bar, will also release her first cookbook, A Girl and Her Pig, next week.
