The next installment of the Portland Food Adventures series — which sees chefs serving a multi-course dinner, then gifting guests with certificates to their own favorite spots — will visit Greg Gourdet at downtown's Asian-inspired Departure. Gourdet will serve a nine-course dinner on Tuesday, May 15 (dishes include tuna poke and a crispy pork belly with pickled cherry and ginger), complete with wine pairings.
