NYC Chef Anita Lo Joins Team Aviary for Feast Portland

Oh hey MORE FEAST NEWS. Bon Appétit headquarters leaks the news that NYC chef Anita Lo (owner of Greenwich Village's Annisa and co-founder of the Rickshaw Dumpling Bar) will visit the upcoming Feast Portland food festival, pulling double-duty. The Top Chef Master will team with Aviary's Sarah Pliner, Jasper Shen, and Kat Whitehead for a dinner at the NE Alberta restaurant, as well as participate in the Andy Ricker-curated "Night Market."

The Lo confirmation caps a week of trickled–out reveals by Feast organizers: On Wednesday, Feasters confirmed that onetime Portland chef Matt Lightner would team with Husk's Sean Brock for a dinner; yesterday, news of Gabrielle Hamilton's upcoming appearance surfaced. The full lineup reveal (as well as the start of online ticket sales) is expected to drop on Tuesday, May 22. Stay tuned.
