WWeek reports that downtown food cart Tabor will (very) temporarily take over NE Alberta's Enzo’s Caffe Italiano space when owner Enzo Lanzadoro departs for a three-week-long vacation later this week. Expect Tabor owners Karel and Monika Vitek to bring their signature Schnitzelwich and other Czech dishes to the Alberta neighborhood. [WW]
