Interurban Adds Brunch; Noble Rot Turns 10; Homegrown Smoker's Second Cart

N. MISSISSIPPI—Chef John Gorham's New American tavern Interurban joins the Portland brunch bandwagon this Saturday, May 5, with the debut of its new weekend brunch service. From here on out, brunch will be served from 10am-2:30pm, Saturday and Sunday. [EaterWire]

BURNSIDE—Rooftop wine bar Noble Rot will celebrate its (impressive) 10th anniversary this Sunday, May 6, featuring pours of 30 different wines from 11 local wineries — including Grochau Cellars, Helioterra, J. NORTHEAST—All-vegan barbecue cart Homegrown Smoker, which recently launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund a cart expansion, has announced that it will open its second cart in the reborn Green Castle cart pod on NE 20th and Everett. (The flagship cart will operate business-as-usual at the PSU cart pod.) Per the Facebooks, HGS2 will debut tomorrow (Friday, May 4), and its hours moving forward: Tuesday-Thursday, noon-7pm; Friday and Saturday, noon-8pm; Sunday, noon-4. [Facebook via FoodMtn]
