Portland Farmers Market Announces Chef Series Lineup

With the Portland Farmers Market season now officially in full swing (the brand-new Kenton market is scheduled to debut tomorrow; with NW's mini-market opening June 7), market organizers have released the entire summer schedule for its Chef in the Market series of demonstrations, featuring some of the city's top chefs cooking up produce selected from that day's bounty.

The series kicks off this Saturday at the PSU market, with chefs like Cathy Whims (Nostrana), Gabe Rosen (Biwa), Scott Ketterman (Crown Paella), Eric Joppie (Bar Avignon), and Jenn Louis (Lincoln) scheduled to make appearances throughout the market season, running through September.
