Beginning on Monday, Eater will announce its 50 Eater Young Guns finalists, a group that represents the best of the best of the more than 2,000 nominations we received over the last two months. Young Guns aims to identify the most promising up-and-comers in the restaurant and nightlife world, whether they're working as chefs or line cooks, wine and drinks pros, restaurateurs, or maître d's.
