DOWNTOWN—Popular donut cart Donut-O-Rama, which popped up inside the Cool Harry's fro-yo cart over the winter and closed in March, has risen from the ashes. Portland Monthly reports that owner Greg Slauson has opened a new cart at SW 3rd and Ash, offering beignets and creme brulee beignets Monday through Saturday, 11a.m. to 3p.m. [Eat Beat]
