The death of one of its founders has not stopped the long legal saga of the now-closed Thai chain Typhoon!. The Oregonian reports that two former chefs have filed a $5 million lawsuit against the estate of Typhoon! founder Steve Kline, who died last August, alleging unfair labor practices and indentured servitude (in late 2011, the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries filed former charges against the chain). Typhoon! shuttered all its locations in February of this year.[OregonLive]
