At this weekend's Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, newly minted F&W Best New Chef Jenn Louis sat down with Eater National to talk Sunshine, mentoring female chefs, and Lincoln's location in the gentrifying N. Williams neighborhood: "It's really inspiring to work around people who are really good at what they do and they work really, really hard. It's not necessarily our bread and butter clientele, but they are people we see every day. We know them. They may not come to Lincoln for a $22-$25 entree, but they're our community." [-EN-]
