Seattle Met is calling it: After a couple off-the-record confirmations (and sightings of Top Chef consultants around town), looks more and more like Top Chef's season 10 will place in Seattle (as opposed to Portland, as was rumored to be in the mix). But there's this: Last week, Seattle Met's Allecia Vermillion wrote that "There's also that persistent rumor that Seattle and Portland might share the season, a la San Antonio, Dallas and Austin."
