Portland is getting its first (probably first?) all-cheese food cart. The PCW Cheese Project reports that the Cheese Plate will open next to Alberta's Townshend Tea in July, featuring local and vintage cheese plates and build-your-own "picnic plates" with items like wild mushroom pate, soft-boiled eggs with caviar, and corn and potato salad to pair with the daily cheese selections.
