The Mercury reports that after 20 years on SE Clinton, Dots Cafe is changing hands. Co-owner Jennifer Ransdel confirms that Dots has been purchased by, according to the Merc, "a long-time neighborhood resident and local bar owner," and that the name (and some recipes) will remain the same.
