The mag's June/July issue — which features wings from Nong's Khao Man Gai on the cover — hails Portland's cart scene as representative of "food of the people," highlighting recipes from the likes of PDX 671, Artigiano, Aladdin's Castle Cafe, the Big Egg, and Lardo.
