SE/BROOKLYN—WWeek uncovers another spot looking to enter the bagel fray: Learned Monkey Bagel, based in SE's Brooklyn neighborhood, is looking to raise $30,000 on microlending site Kickstarter, hoping to open a bagel food cart along SE Milwaukie.
