Today in worthy reads: Oregon Business takes a behind-the-scenes look at the business model of the hyper-popular Little Big Burger chainlet, which now has four locations in operation (with more to come). According to owners Micah Camden and Katie Poppe, the restaurants average a 35 to 40 percent profit margin, and the duo is now focused on a 10-year plan that would bring Camden's Catsup to the wholesale market.
