NORTH PORTLAND—As part of the ongoing Oregon Craft Beer Month shenanigans, NoPo beer bar Saraveza toasts its third-annual IIPA Festival tomorrow (Saturday, July 21), featuring 20 rotating taps of Imperial IPAs. For $20, guests to the heady hop-fest get eight tastes and a commemorative glass, granting access to brews like Oakshire's Perfect Storm, Alameda's Green Wolf, and Fort George's Bad Juju. More information and tickets here.

PEARL DISTRICT—The Pearl location of Whole Foods celebrates meaty things during its Best Butcher Contest and block party tomorrow (Saturday, July 21). Local chefs Greg Gourdet, Jenn Louis, and Adam Sappington will be on-hand for live chef demos, and because this is Portland, free "homesteading classes" — covering backyard beekeeping and urban chicken-keeping — will also be on offer. More information here.
