Coco Donuts has opened its third location — and its first on Portland's east side — at NE 28th and Broadway. Tipsters at PortlandFood.org were the first to spot the new doughnut shop in the former Manhattan Cafe location, which according to Facebook, debuted earlier this week. Coco's eastside hours of operation: 6:30a.m. to 4p.m, Monday to Friday; 7a.m. to 3p.m. on Saturdays. [PF.org, Facebook]
