Cibo Officially Open; Fourth Fun at Mi Mero Mole, Seres

SE DIVISION—Nick Zukin's guisados spot Mi Mero Mole will celebrate the Fourth by "honor[ing] our country's appropriation of Mexico's food," offering two Mexican-American specials for one day only: a New Mexican-inspired green chile cheeseburger, and an Oki dog "pastrami burrito," featuring house-cured pastrami, two grilled hot dogs, chili, cheese, and grilled onions, all wrapped in tortillas. MMM will be open from noon to 7:30p.m., and either special can be reserved in advance by emailing here. [EaterWire]

PEARL DISTRICT—The Pearl's organic Chinese spot Seres will celebrate the 4th of July by offering a free glass of wine or cocktail to all guests who dine-in tomorrow. [EaterWire]
