Eater's taking a mini-staycation for the holiday. Be back Thursday afternoon, and 'til then, have a safe and happy Fourth of July!
DIVISION/CLINTON—After a week's worth of soft-opening previews, chef Marco Frattaroli's second restaurant Cibo will "officially" debut tonight on SE Division. Revisit the space here, and the entire opening menu can be downloaded on .pdf form here. [EaterWire]
SE DIVISION—Nick Zukin's guisados spot Mi Mero Mole will celebrate the Fourth by "honor[ing] our country's appropriation of Mexico's food," offering two Mexican-American specials for one day only: a New Mexican-inspired green chile cheeseburger, and an Oki dog "pastrami burrito," featuring house-cured pastrami, two grilled hot dogs, chili, cheese, and grilled onions, all wrapped in tortillas. MMM will be open from noon to 7:30p.m., and either special can be reserved in advance by emailing here. [EaterWire]
PEARL DISTRICT—The Pearl's organic Chinese spot Seres will celebrate the 4th of July by offering a free glass of wine or cocktail to all guests who dine-in tomorrow. [EaterWire]
