Chef Daniel Mondok's wine-country spot Paulée is now serving a daily brunch/lunch for midday diners. The menu offers more-casual plates (like a Paulée burger, fish and chips, and fried chicken with waffles), though for those who like to go "all out," the raw oyster bar will remain in-service, as well. Paulée's new lunch hours: 11a.m. to 2p.m., Thursday to Sunday, with plans to expand lunch to six days a week. [EaterWire]
