The Grilled Cheese Grill is expanding once again — this time, into an entirely new concept. Food Carts Portland reveals that the Shotgun Sub Shop will debut later this summer in the SW 10th and Washington cart pod, right next to the GCG's newest location. Per a Facebook post: "The philosophy is that a good sub comes down to good bread. We'll be using two awesome rolls for our sandwiches: a ciabatta hoagie roll from Portland French, and an amazing Pretzel roll from Fressen Bakery." More information here. [FCP]
