Long-stewing Vietnamese spot Fish Sauce has opened in NW's formerly bubblegum pink Saint Cupcake space. The Mercury reports that owner Ben Bui offers "a simple but balanced food menu" and a cocktail program crafted by bartender-about-town Tommy Klus (of Kask).
