Vitaly Paley has nabbed another Beaker & Flask alum for his anticipated downtown restaurant Imperial. Current Beaker barman Brandon Wise (an alum of Irving Street Kitchen and Eater's 2010 Bartender of the Year) joins previously announced chef Ben Bettinger as Imperial's bar manager, where he'll oversee the cocktail list and the bar, which will offer six beers, two wines, and two cocktails on-tap.
