Following in the footsteps of its Pearl District little sister the Parish, EaT: An Oyster Bar will expand its weekend brunch service to include Saturdays — and will celebrate the launch with a traditional crawfish boil this Saturday, August 11. Chefs Tobias Hogan and Ethan Powell will offer a feed of Louisiana crawfish, corn, and potatoes for $21 per person, with the new brunch menu available a la carte starting at 10a.m. (the crawfish start spilling at 12:30).
