A tipster reports that the downtown Portland location of Romano's Macaroni Grill has shuttered (all that, despite its 3.5-star rating on Yelp). Earlier this year, the Portland Business Journal reported that local Romano's operator Waterloo Restaurant Ventures filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy; no word yet on what will go into the SW Yamhill space.
