The downtown location of Romano's Macaroni Grill wasn't the only one to go under on Tuesday. KATU reports that all four Portland-area restaurants abruptly closed earlier this week, but hey, good news for folks looking to own some of the spot's decor: Owner Waterloo Restaurant Ventures (which has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy) "will auction everything from left-behind umbrellas to pots, pans, menu covers and even sidewalk flower pots" on September 20.
