Video Interlude

In its latest installment of a "Cook it at Home" video series, OPB cooks up a meal with Khao Man Gai cart owner Nong Poonsukwattana, who throws it down "Thai old-school" style — making grilled chicken and sticky rice while sitting cross-legged in her backyard. Poonsukwattana also whips out an arsenal of traditional tools — a bamboo houad, coconut-scraping gra-tai kood ma praw — for the multi-step dish. [OPB]
