After a limited-menu opening this weekend (and flying past an original projected opening date in June), the StreetCar Bistro & Taproom officially debuts today in the Pearl space that once housed the Little Green Grocer. More than 30 beers are available on-tap (with countless more bottles), while a lengthy drink menu focuses on beer cocktails — shandies, Weissen Sours, and a Bloody Mary made with HUB lager. During lunch service, the food menu highlights sandwich, burger, and salad options, while dinner offers plated entrees like bacon-wrapped meatloaf and cottage pie.
