Sample Ewe-Nique Dishes at Portland Lamb Jam

Do you consider yourself a lamb lover? Then prepare for an afternoon of lamb-filled delectable goodness. On Sunday October 21, The American Lamb Board is bringing together top local chefs for the inaugural Portland American Lamb Jam, hosted by chef Adam Sappington of The Country Cat. Lamb loving chefs will create dishes showcasing different lamb cuts as they "baaa"-ttle for the ultimate title of Portland Lamb Master. The winner will then take on other regional winners at the national Lamb Jam Finale.


Lamb-lovers have good hearts too; a portion of the event proceeds go to Share Our Strength, an organization that fights childhood hunger. Lamb Jam tickets are $50 each, and include all food and beverages.
