According to multiple reports on the internet, chef John Gorham (of Toro Bravo and Tasty N Sons fame) has left Interurban, the N. Mississippi New American tavern he helped open (along with Prost!'s Dan Hart and ChefStable's Kurt Huffman) last December. The Interurban move now leaves Hart as the sole original owner.
Per the Oregonian, Gorham's departure was inspired by the planned opening of a second Tasty N Sons restaurant. (Though the rumor mill has swirled about possible locations, Gorham remains mum.) Even without the Tasty N Sons expansion plans, Gorham's been busy of late: Recently, his name became attached to downtown gastropub project Raven & Rose (for which he'll act as a consultant); meanwhile, the Toro Bravo Cookbook is still in the works for a fall 2013 publication.
More information about Tasty II as it becomes available.
