Spurred by a study released this week suggesting that "organic" doesn't necessarily mean "more nutritious," the NYT chats with Lincoln's Jenn Louis about the value of organic food. The takeaway: sourcing local and in-season produce is way better than going strictly organic. "When I'm trucking something up from Chile in the middle of winter, it's not going to have the best flavor, nor will it be as nutritious." [NYT]
