ChefStable's Market Announces Guest Chef Series

Kurt Huffman is calling in some ringers to ChefStable's newest project. To complement chef Troy Furuta's Continental menu, several top Portland names will serve a one-off meal in the Market kitchen as part of a newly unveiled "Guest Chef Dinner Series."

The dinner series features cooks both inside and outside the ChefStable purview: Per the Oregonian, chefs like Cathy Whims (Nostrana), Naomi Pomeroy (Beast), Nong Poonsukwattana (Nong's Khao Man Gai), and former Carafe chef Pascal Sauton have committed to dates. Other evenings will feature chef collaborations both expected (married chefs Thomas and Kim Boyce) and surprising (Anthony Cafiero and Rodney Muirhead).
