The O's Wish List

New, 3 comments

Taking a cue from a similar NYT piece, the Oregonian asked its four food writers to name their "Portland Restaurant Wish Lists" (ie, how they'd fill "blind spots" in the local food scene). Critic David Sarasohn wishes for a Scandinavian spot "more ambitious than Broder," critic/reporter Michael Russell craves a good Burmese restaurants, while FOODday editor/vegan person Grant Butler wishes for West African cuisine, preferably in the "stagnant" NW neighborhood.
