Bar Shuffles

After implementing two much-buzzed-about bar programs at Ox and its sister spot Whey Bar, bar manager Jamal Hassan is moving on — to the bar program at John Gorham's equally anticipated Tasty N Alder. "There's going to be more of a focus on classic cocktails, with modern and updated twists," Hassan says of the upcoming Tasty cocktail menu, on which he'll collaborate with Tasty's Mindy Cook. "It's going to go all the way from simple drinks, like a well-executed Manhattan, to some out-there stuff, drinks that are definitely more my style."
