Looks like another outpost is in the works for Elephants Delicatessen: According to OLCC paperwork, the deli chainlet is planning its sixth location at 5211 Corbett Avenue (it'll be called Elephants on Corbett). Elephants currently operates six brick-and-mortar locations in Portland, including its NW flagship and two locations in close proximity downtown (in Fox Tower and Director Park). [EaterWire]
