Draft magazine drops its annual list of America's 100 Best Beer Bars, and as per usual, Portland reps pretty hard. Five spots make the cut — Belmont Station, Apex, Bailey's Tap Room, Saraveza, and the Horse Brass Pub. 2012's list, though, actually featured six PDX spots: the Green Dragon was dropped from this year's list.
