SE HAWTHORNE—Downtown food cart El Cubo de Cuba has announced plans to open its first proper brick-and-mortar restaurant in a former Taco del Mar space at 3106 SE Hawthorne. According to a Facebook announcement, projected opening is in "a couple months."
