Out in Dundee, a revamping (Daniel Mondok-less) Paulée has made good on its promise to offer a more "casual" menu for neighborhood folks, and here it is. In addition to bar snacks like preztels with cheese dip, the Paulée bar now offers two burgers: a duck burger and the house burger (with features bacon, tomato jam, egg, and cheese for $16).
