Over on NE Dekum, Italian favorite Firehouse has announced the launch of a recurring Monday-night prix fixe menu, offering three "regionally inspired" savory courses for $30. Each month focuses on a different Italian region (starting with Sicily in February, Abruzzo in March, and Lazio in April); the kick-off menu, set for Monday, February 4, features tomato-and-rosemary-braised squid and grilled lamb shoulder. The prix fixe deal will be available in addition to the regular a la carte menu, for more information, head here. [EaterWire]
