One common complaint amongst readers of local and national food media is that it covers the same handful of restaurants, often overlooking the old-timers, little guys, and not-so-flashy openings (and yes, you've got a point). So to kick-off this new feature — during which Eater asks readers to chime in, then compiles handy guides and maps of your picks — we ask: What is the Most Underrated Restaurant in Portland?
