N. WILLIAMS—With its first anniversary approaching, N. Williams' Peruvian spot Las Primas has expanded its sandwiches-and-snacks menu to feature full plates — currently, six options are on offer, including pan-roasted tilapia, house-made sausages, and a vegan-friendly "medley," served over potatoes and quinoa salad. NE ALBERTA—Oh hey it's Elvis' birthday today, and to celebrate, Salt & Straw has "updated" its Elvis ice cream flavor to include malted banana ice cream, marionberry jam, and peanut butter. (A special Elvis sundae available today will throw that all on top of an An Xuyen sweet bun and top it off with bacon.) And just because, an Elvis impersonator will be on-hand at both locations to entertain guests tonight. More information here. [EaterWire]

EUGENE—Townshend's Tea has just announced plans to open its fourth stand-alone tea cafe — in downtown Eugene. The brand, which debuted its first teahouse on NE Alberta in 2006, also has cafes on SE Division St., inside the Hollywood Whole Foods, and in Bend. [EaterWire]
