Next up on the Portland Food Adventures docket: PaaDee owner Earl Ninsom plays host to a trio of Thai chefs — Sayan Promwongsa (Thai Bloom), Pitoon Koonswasdikool (Red Onion), and PaaDee's own Amporn Khayanha — during an installment of the recurring dinner series on Tuesday, January 22.
